I would agree that this capsule is strong for beginners. I'm not a beginner, but am sensitive to the effects of THC. The first hour after it kicked in were disorienting and tense. After that it mellowed out into a nice high. But still too strong for someone like me who just wants to quell a bit of anxiety and feel relaxed.

My mother uses these to manage nerve pain from amputation, and her quality of life has never been better. Just the right strength to relieve pain without making her dopey. Just be careful the first time you take it, it's strong for beginners!
